We ship to Australia and internationally. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Queensland, Australia.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $180 AUD, otherwise $12.00 AUD
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD

International Shipping

We ship to the following regions:

  • New Zealand: $20.00 NZD (Standard International)
  • United States: $20.00 AUD (Standard International)
  • Canada: $20.00 AUD (Standard International)
  • United Kingdom: $20.00 AUD (Standard International)
  • European Union (France, Germany, Italy, Spain): $20.00 AUD (Standard International)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Australia):

    • Standard: 5-7 business days
    • Express: 2-3 business days

  • International: 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
